| Statement: | Mi Fu gave comfort to Su Shi, that the ruined etiquettes from social livelihoods were not under our controls. Why were we so persistent with the chaos by refusing to enjoy the delightful times with our acquaintances or love companions? Such Taoist thought is similar to the “remembrance and memories” avocation by Walter Benjamin, which is to convey a playful mind that we never regret for the waste of youthfulness through the story-telling culture. |
