AGIS Plus Text

AGIS Plus Text is an indexing and full text database that provides access to journal articles on all aspects of law. Source documents include Australian, New Zealand and Pacific law journals, and selected articles from major law journals from the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. It covers abstracts since 1974 and selected full text since 1999.

From the Databases page on the Library homepage, select AGIS Plus Text.

Advanced Search
The Advanced Search screen offers more ways to search authors, titles, keywords etc and offers Boolean searching.

  1. Type your search term in the first text box. You can choose Title or Author and type of term/phrase to search.
  2. If you don't need a second search term, press Search.
  3. To include a second search term, choose and, or, not for your Boolean operator.
  4. Type your search term in the second text box and choose Title, Author or Full Text to search.
  5. If you search full-text articles only, check off the box; otherwise it will include abstracts.
  6. Choose to limit your search to one type of material such as book, journal or conference etc.
  7. Limit your search to a specific year range.
