Website on HK Civil Justice Reform. Civil Justice Reform ("CJR") applies to civil proceedings of the High Court and the District Court, except for specialist lists to which the application of the new rules will be determined by the Judges concerned. Some of the new rules and procedures also apply to the Lands Tribunal and the Family Court with necessary modifications.

The Duty Lawyer Service is an organization fully sub vented by the Hong Kong SAR Government. It was first established in 1978. It is managed by the Hong Kong Bar Association and the Law Society of Hong Kong through a governing council and is administered by a legally qualified administrator. The Duty Lawyer Service offers three legal assistance schemes to complement the legal aid services provided by the Legal Aid Department. The three schemes are the Duty Lawyer Scheme, the Legal Advice Scheme and the Tel-Law Scheme.

On the HKICAC website you can find out about Hong Kong's graft-fighting history and activities, including important information on anti-corruption laws and practical guides on preventing corruption, and features of interest such as major corruption cases and TV drama series.

The Standing Committee on Judicial Salaries and Conditions of Service (the Committee) was established in December 1987. It advises the Chief Executive, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China on the pay and conditions of service of judges and judicial officers.

The Law Reform Commission of Hong Kong was established in January 1980. The Commission considers for reform those aspects of the laws of Hong Kong which are referred to it by the Secretary for Justice or the Chief Justice. The website provides full text links to published reports of the Commission.

Website of the Legal Aid Department of the HKSAR. It provides details on its operation and statistical information.

The Legal Aid Services Council supervises the provision of legal aid services in Hong Kong provided by the Legal Aid Department (LAD) and to advise the Government on legal aid policy.

The PCPD is a statutory body entrusted with the task of protecting personal data privacy of individuals and to ensure compliances with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in Hong Kong. The website aims to provide access to information and publications regarding the execution of the Ordinance, as well as news and the latest activities of the PCPD.
