There are three types of record status in AIMS: Draft, Submitted, and Validated. Please refer to the steps below if you want to edit a record with submitted status.
Editing a record with submitted status
1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Submit.”
2. Select “Draft” and click “Done.”
The record is now in draft status. Please remember to submit the record again after editing.
A validated record cannot be edited by users. You may submit a change request to the Library if needed.
1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Request change.”
2. Enter the details to the text box and click “Send.”
Your change requests will be handled as soon as possible. If the requests require further details, the Library will contact you by email.
