Past Examination Papers

You can find past examination papers for undergraduate and postgraduate courses with the steps below. 

We also indexed the past examination papers and examiners' comments of the Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination (OLQE) administered by the Law Society of Hong Kong.  

To access past examination papers for LLB courses, follow these steps:

  1. Go to  the Library Homepage.
     
  2. Click on the Exam Papers tab and search by Course ID or Course Name.

     
  3. Click on the See all versions link, and then click on Online Access.
    Expand to See all versions.  Then click on Online Access.
  4. You will need to Login before you can access the past examination paper.
    You will need to Login before you can download the past examination paper.
     
  5. You can then download or print the past examination paper by clicking on View Digital Version(s).

To access past examination papers for JD and LLM courses, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CUHK Blackboard.
     
  2. Enter the Postgraduate Law Students E-Common Room under Organizations.
    Step 2: Click on Postgraduate Law Students E-Common Room under Organizations
     If you are unable to see the Organizations tab, please contact the faculty office for assistance.

  3. Click on Past Exam Papers from the sidebar menu and choose the relevant subject, such as Business and the Law in Hong Kong.
    Click on Past Exam Papers from the sidebar and select the relevant subject
  4. Download the past examination paper in PDF format for your reference and study.
    You can then download the past examination paper in PDF format
