Contact the library at mel@lib.cuhk.edu.hk and we will help link up your existing account with the library subscription account and migrate your existing reviews under your trial account into the full account. This allows you to access to the full features of Covidence, including creating unlimited reviews, inviting unlimited reviewers for each review, and importing unlimited references for each review.
After signing into your Covidence account, select “Start a new review” page and under “Which account do you want to use?”, you will find two accounts and one of which shows Chinese University of Hong Kong Library. This means your account is linked up with the CUHK Library’s subscription.
After clicking “Start a new review” page, under “Which account do you want to use?”, you will have two options, select the option of Chinese University of Hong Kong Library. Reviews created under the institutional license will allow you to enjoy the full benefits of Covidence.
Yes! You can invite them to join the review you created in Covidence regardless of their affiliation. To invite researchers to join your review, go to “Settings” and select “Reviewers” to invite reviewers to join your review.
