🎓 CUHK RDM Challenge 2025 🎓

Join the CUHK RDM Challenge 2025 and showcase your skills in data management planning!

Eligible Participants: Current research postgraduates or taught doctoral students who have completed the Basics of Research Data Management course on Blackboard or attended at least one relevant RDM workshop.

Mission: 📝 Create a Data Management Plan (DMP) using the
                      CUHK DMP template in DMPTool.
                🏆 Achieve a "Merit" grade to qualify for exciting prizes!

Prizes: 💰 $100 cash coupon for each participant who achieves a 'Merit' grade (limited quota).

To achieve a Merit grade in the Challenge, you must:

• Use the CUHK DMP template in DMP Tool to develop a DMP (follow the steps on this guide to choose the CUHK DMP template)
• Fill out all mandatory fields in DMPTool (including the required fields in the platform itself, plus these fields - under the Project details panel -> Project abstract; under the Research outputs panel -> Sensitive data option, intended repositories, Initial access level, Anticipated release date, Initial license)
• On the Write Plan panel, provide at least 80% of the questions with sufficient and meaningful answers.
• Select "Yes" for the section "Will you create or collect data in your study?" under Data Collection.
• Provide additional information in the open field for any questions where 'Others' is selected.
