You can import references from different reference management tools.

To import references from Mendeley:

  • In RefWorks, choose Add, then click onImport references. This will take you to the Import references page
  • Click on the Import from Mendeley, then Authorize
  • Sign into your Mendeley account to initiate the import process, you will find the ‘Import Process Complete’ message
  • Click on Go to Last Imported to view imported references

For Zotero and EndNote, you will need to export references and import them to RefWorks.

You can install RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) for Google Doc to access and cite references. By sharing your document with others who are using RCM for Google Docs, they can collaborate with you in writing and citing references at the same time.
