「喜若福來」謝春玲甲骨文書法作品展

1969年,聯合書院鄧祖玄同學奉母命,以其父爾雅先生遺存龜甲卜辭共五十六片慨贈聯合書院,藏於聯合書院圖書館。2015年,該批甲骨片轉藏於大學圖書館特藏部。本次展覽書法作品中的甲骨文全選自聯合書院甲骨珍藏。

謝春玲

香港大學哲學博士。香港中文大學文學院雅禮中國語文研習所高級講師。

研究領域包括甲骨文句法,現代漢語語法,漢字形體演變。發表學術論文多篇,出版專著兩部:《殷墟甲骨刻辭空語類研究》,《漢字精解字典》。近年運用當代語言學轉換生成語法理論探討甲骨刻辭空語類現象的研究得到當代具有重大影響的語言學家、哲學家、當代認知科學之父喬姆斯基(Noam Chomsky, 1928--)的肯定。擅長古文字書法,作品曾多次入選國內省市、全國及港、澳、臺書法作品展。甲骨文書法作品曾在美國、日本、香港等國家和地區展覽。

Ecstasy upon Bliss Etched on Bones - Xie Chunling Oracle Bone Calligraphy Exhibition

In 1969, Mr. C. Y. Tang, a student of the United College, donated his father´s collection of 56 pieces of rare oracle bones to the College according to the instruction of his mother and the collection was placed in the United College Wu Chung Multimedia Library.  In 2015, the Oracle Bones Collection was relocated to the Special Collection Department in the University Library so as to provide suitable storage for their preservation.  The oracle bone calligraphies of this exhibition come from the inscriptions of the Oracle Bone Collection of the College.

Xie Chunling


Xie Chunling received her PhD in University of Hong Kong. She is currently working as Senior Lecturer at the Yale-China Chinese Language Centre. Her research interests include the syntax of Oracle Bone Inscriptions, contemporary Chinese syntax, development and evolution of Chinese scripts. She has published many academic articles and two monographs, "A Study of the Empty Categories in Oracle Bone Inscriptions from Shang Dynasty Ruins" and "Dictionary of Chinese Characters: Origins and Evolutions". Her recent research applied theories of Generative Grammar to study Empty Category in the syntax of Oracle Bone Inscriptions and received recognition from the father of contemporary cognitive science, Noam Chomsky, who is influential in linguistics and philosophy.
