In this section, you will learn how to add citations via LibrarySearch and how to edit a citation.
1. To add a citation via LibrarySearch, click on the + Add icon. Then, select "New item" > "Search the Library". |

2. Search citations by title, author, keyword or ISBN etc. Note that each citation has an availability status stating whether the citation is available in physical format or an electronic format. |

3. Click on the citation and select the designated section, and then click Add . Alternatively, you may click "Add & Edit" to specify the required material type, and then click Save . |

Alternatively, you may drag and drop the citation to the section in the list. |

4. The citation is now added to the desired section. | ![]() |
5. Go to options (...) for other functions to edit the citation e.g. Edit item, Delete item and etc. Remember to click "Set complete" to make the citation visible to students. |
